Who are we and why are we here?
FaRoFeb was started by HR (Harriet) Moore, an author and reader in the Fantasy Romance genre. She was frustrated that the genre wasn’t more of a defined ‘thing’, and, through speaking to other fans, realized she was not alone. So, she thought it would be fun to bring all corners of Fantasy Romance together for a celebration in February. That’s where FaRoFeb started, but today it’s so much more.

What do we do?
We:
- Celebrate and highlight the whole fantasy romance genre (epic fantasy, low fantasy, paranormal, monster, time travel, the whole gambit)
- Build our community of fantasy romance authors and readers across multiple social media platforms, and through our newsletter
- Focus on new adult and adult fantasy
- Run promotions and events to build the genre and promote our awesome authors (including our big celebration in February)
